The well-being of our hearts, souls and minds are critical to our growth and survival in our current day. We so quickly feel overwhelmed, stressed out and heavily burdened. However, Jesus gives us the invitation to come to Him! He will provide REST and HELP so that our souls can be still as we enter His presence, and experience His unfailing love, humble kindness, steadfast power and amazing grace. (Matthew 11:28-29)
