Do you ever feel like you are surrounded by storms, with the challenges of life raging around you? Amidst a physical storm encountered by Jesus and His disciples, He calmly responded by rebuking the wind and saying to the sea, ‘Peace be still!’ May we remember that difficult life situations can serve as a training ground for growth, restoration, healing and peace. Just as oysters transform grit into pearls, our trials can also be turned into precious treasures. (Psalm 46:10 & Isaiah 30:15)
