God alone is the One who can truly refresh our souls with everlasting hope, unyielding love and unquenchable peace. May we take time to pause in the midst of our busyness, to experience His presence, to wait upon Him for answers and to follow where He leads us – all for His glory. May we trust Him to equip and help us to lead others well, and to provide for us to help those in need from a heart of care and compassion. Regardless of life’s ups and downs, may we remain in God’s rest all the days of our lives; and may we boldly declare: “Because of You Jesus, it is well with my soul”.

Some days we may feel disheartened, BUT we can hold onto the restoration promises of our Lord for our lives. He builds us up! He provides fresh joy and peace every morning. He revives our hearts so that we can be fully devoted to Him, and obedient to His calling on our lives! May we ask Him to lead us to become more Christ-like each day. We do this knowing that we have a mission: To proclaim the good news and trust in our Heavenly Father’s grace, kindness, faithfulness and goodness. (Psalm 33:11)

May we be intentional this week about spending time in God’s presence and in His Word. May we ask God to fill our hearts and thoughts with His life-giving, hope-filled words; so that we will TRUST the work of the Holy Spirit with fully devoted servant hearts; and then go out and spread the good news of HOPE and PEACE. (Psalm 119:105)

May we ask our Heavenly Father to fill us with hope and faith as we boldly step into the unknown places He is calling us to. May we thank our Lord for blessing us with His healing power, joy, grace and strength to overcome our frustrations and live in the fullness of His abundant peace. May we go out and be Jesus’ extension of blessing to a lost and broken world – revealing His kindness, goodness and wisdom; and glorifying Him through victorious and obedient living. May we pray for faith to believe! (Hebrews 11:1)

How beautiful to think that our life-testimonies shine God’s light to the hearts of those around us. How pleasing to know that we do not need to be anxious about anything or any situation, because our God is always with us. How amazing to understand that when we live our lives for Christ, we can persevere, fight the good fight for Christ and dance with Jesus in Heaven. (Proverbs 15:30)

Standing united in prayer is part of the heart and will of our Heavenly Father. Through prayer we can experience God’s love, His care, His peace and His joy in ways that cannot be put into words. We should come to God in prayer with intentionality and urgency – seeking guidance from Him on how to navigate life, especially during challenging and uncertain seasons. Praying together with fellow believers creates an amazing opportunity for us to examine our prayer lives. It reminds us how important it is to come together in unified prayer and fellowship, not just for ourselves and our loved ones, but for the world around us. (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18)

May we ask our Lord to give us a faith-based perspective, as we firmly put our hope in Him. May we ask God to renew in us the desire to be found in His presence every day. May we grow in our faith as we draw closer to Him and reflect on the times that He has met our needs, answered our prayers, and loved and cared for us. May we praise God for filling our hearts and minds with His love, peace, joy and goodness. As we put our hope and trust in Him, may we encourage others to do the same. (Romans 12:2)
