W@W WRAP - Week 350: SET APART AS HOLY VESSELS

Have you ever stopped to consider that *God has set you apart* to accomplish something that only you can? *You are unique*. *God made you special*. As we read God's Word, we learn that being 'holy' means being *set apart for God’s purpose*. Only through our *belief in Jesus Christ* as our *personal Saviour* are we made holy. From that moment on, we become useful to God to *accomplish the tasks* that He has set before us. The amazing part is that He gives us *instructions in His Word* and through *His Spirit equips us* to navigate through life, becoming *honourable vessels* for His glory! _(2 Timothy 2:21-25)_

W@W WRAP - Week 351: WHAT DO YOU FOCUS ON?

What we focus on daily is vitally important as it directs our steps and determines our outcomes. What is your main focus? Is it personal challenges, your bank balance, or your to-do list? Could it be past hurts, future joys, worries and fears, what-ifs, health issues, or relationship challenges? The list is endless, but let us stop for a moment and shift our attention to our Creator. He is the One who holds our lives securely in His hands, the One who directs our steps – removing obstacles along the way! (Proverbs 3:5-6)

W@W WRAP - Week 352: SERENITY FOR OUR HEARTS…

Do you ever experience spiritual hurt in your heart? Maybe you feel burdened by the challenges of the day or you are mindful of past hurts that still ache. Thankfully, our Lord has a remedy for our hurting hearts. He reminds us in the Bible that a heart immersed in His Word is a healed heart, filled with gratitude and contentment. His Word, indeed is a ‘salve for our sore hearts!’ It reminds us that we were created by Him and we belong to Him. He is the King of the world and He loves us unconditionally, through the good days and the challenging ones. (Philippians 4:6-7)

W@W WRAP - Week 353: WHO IS RUNNING WITH YOU?

When you reflect on your life, who are the people who run alongside you? Who encourages and supports you, and who carries you to the finish line? Or perhaps, who is the One that gives you the strength to persevere, no matter what? There is only one answer, and that is Jesus. He is the One who can bring healing, change, hope and transformation to our circumstances, search our hearts, and lead us to become who He intended us to be for His glory. Jesus Christ is the King of our hearts, the Saviour of our souls, now and forever. (Isaiah 40:31)

W@W WRAP - Week 354: WAITING ON THE LORD…

Do you ever find yourself spending a large amount of time waiting? It could be waiting physically, such as waiting for a loved one to visit, waiting for a house to sell, waiting for an airplane to land, waiting in traffic or waiting in the check-out line at the grocery store. Or it could be spiritually, waiting on the Lord, wondering if the things we hoped for, even prayed for, will ever come to pass. We sincerely desire that our lives reflect God’s will, but waiting and truly understanding His timing and the different seasons of life can sometimes be so difficult. The good news is that our Lord is the “great I am” and through His Word, He assures us over and over again that He will provide for, bless, and bring hope, life and strength to those who wait on Him and follow His ways. (Isaiah 40:31)

W@W WRAP - Week 355: UNDER THE WINGS OF OUR ALMIGHTY GOD!

Do you ever feel like escaping from the world and finding a place of refuge from the chaos of life? Jesus knew that we would face such situations. He even prayed for us while He was on earth and gave us instructions through the Bible to help us cope with our everyday life. It is only through spending time with God and in His living Word that we can find truth, freedom, rest and the strength we need to live and fulfil our purpose in this world. (John 17:14-18)

W@W WRAP - Week 356: GROWING IN CHRIST!

Our Lord loves us so much that He accepts us exactly as we are. It's amazing that He not only equips us with tools to help us grow, but also transforms us into His likeness through the power and work of His Holy Spirit. May we embrace the steps required to become more like Jesus, so that we may radiate His love and teachings to the world, showing His boundless compassion and endless forgiveness. As we continue to grow in our faith and establish our firm foundation in God, may we find peace and rest knowing that our Lord is watching over us with His infinite love, goodness and grace. (2 Timothy 2:19-21)

W@W WRAP - Week 357: WHAT AM I REALLY WORTH?

Looking at ourselves against worldly standards can easily lead to discouragement, impatience and doubts about our worth and value here on earth. However, when we shift our perspective to that of God, who created each of us, we realise that we are of the highest value. Being made in His very own image, we are valued more than silver or gold in His eyes. As such, we can trust in God's divine plan, rejoice in the knowledge that He prizes nothing in His creation above us, and count our blessings one by one. (1 Corinthians 3:18-23)

Have you ever wondered if your view of life differs from others? Do you often find yourself getting caught up in various perspectives, opinions, and the pains of this world, instead of seeing them from God's point of view? Let us ask our Lord today to help us redirect our thoughts towards Him and allow His Word to transform us. May we experience His unwavering faithfulness and boundless compassion, as we remain in Him, our source of hope, restoration, love and peace. (Lamentations 3:22-23)

In today's world, it's common to see people expressing their opinions in different ways. Some do it peacefully, using words to convey their message. Others choose a more chaotic approach, raising their voices to sway others to their beliefs. This raises an important question: What do we believe, and how do we express it to the world? Thankfully, God has given us His Holy Spirit to guide us in our thoughts and actions. With salvation in Christ Jesus, we can have a Christ-like mindset to direct us in every aspect of our lives. (Philippians 2:3-11)
