W@W WRAP - Week 429: EMBRACING THE JOURNEY OF HEALING
Saturday Mar 22, 2025
Saturday Mar 22, 2025
Healing is not a final destination, but a lifelong journey—one that continues until the day we stand before our Lord in Heaven. Along the way, we experience seasons of growth, moments of struggle, and glimpses of God’s grace, all reminding us that He is always at work within us.
Though complete healing may not come in this lifetime, we can trust that God is guiding each step—shaping us, strengthening us, and drawing us closer to His heart. He sees what we cannot. In our weakness, His grace is enough, and His power is made perfect (2 Corinthians 12:9).
When we come to the end of ourselves and fully surrender, His name is glorified. After all, God is far more interested in shaping our character than simply changing our circumstances. (Isaiah 60:22, Psalm 147:3 & Exodus 14:14)

W@W WRAP - Week 430: HOPE AGAINST ALL HOPE
Saturday Mar 29, 2025
Saturday Mar 29, 2025
“Hope is the ability to see a beginning in what currently looks like an end.” (Jürgen Moltmann)
Hope is not wishful thinking—it’s the deep, steady assurance that everything will be okay, even if the outcome looks different than we imagined. True hope is rooted not in circumstances, but in the One who holds all things together.
Hope dares to look into the face of pain, loss, and uncertainty—yet chooses to believe that God is good. That He is at work. That beauty can rise from ashes.
Like Abraham, we are called to hope against all hope (Romans 4:18–22), trusting in God’s promises even when reality says otherwise. Hope may feel like a paradox, but it leads us closer to our Father God. It holds grief and joy, sorrow and praise, waiting and fulfilment—all at once.
When we hope in the Lord, He renews our strength, lifts our eyes, fills our hearts, and enables us to accomplish more than we can ever think or imagine, all in and through Him. (Isaiah 40:31, Habakkuk 3:17–18 & Romans 15:13)

W@W WRAP - Week 431: IN AWE OF GOD!
Saturday Apr 05, 2025
Saturday Apr 05, 2025
Do you still expect God to amaze you?
Scripture tells us that our Lord came to give us life—and life in abundance. Yet, too often, we stop expecting Him to move in powerful ways. As time passes, our sense of wonder fades. We fall into a routine, and instead of approaching God with childlike faith, we let familiarity quiet our expectations.
Disappointments and unanswered prayers can cause us to limit what we believe God can do. But He is not confined by human reasoning or limited by our past experiences. His power, love, and goodness remain unshaken. God delights in revealing His greatness to those who seek Him with open hearts—those who believe before they see and trust that He is working in ways far greater than we can imagine.
So, may our hearts return to awe. Expect God to move. Watch what He will do. (Hebrews 11:1 & 2 Corinthians 9:8)

W@W WRAP - Week 432: WALKING IN FAITH
Saturday Apr 12, 2025
Saturday Apr 12, 2025
We all face wilderness seasons—times of testing, waiting, and letting go. Like the Israelites in the desert and Jesus in the wilderness, these moments can feel dry and uncertain. Yet, they are not wasted.
God uses the wilderness to refine our faith, strip away distractions, and draw us closer to Him. It’s in the quiet, sacred places that He does deep work in our hearts, preparing us for what’s next.
Even when we feel lost or weary, God is leading. The wilderness is not punishment—it’s preparation.
Trust Him in the waiting. He is faithful.
“The Lord will guide you always... You will be like a well-watered garden” (Isaiah 58:11).

W@W WRAP - Week 433: GOD HAS SET US FREE FROM OURSELVES
Saturday Apr 19, 2025
Saturday Apr 19, 2025
Easter is not just a historical event from 2,000 years ago—it is a living reality that continues to unfold in our lives today. At its heart, Easter represents the death of the old so that new life can rise. Like a seed that must fall and break open before it can grow, we too must allow parts of ourselves to die—false identities, heavy burdens, and old mindsets—to step into the fullness of the life God has prepared for us.
Often, we are the ones holding ourselves captive—tied down by past regrets, fear, unrealistic expectations, or our need for control. But Jesus came to set us free—not just from sin, but from the self that keeps us bound.
We are like fragile clay jars, carrying the light of God within us. Sometimes, we forget the treasure we hold. Yet it is through our cracks—our brokenness—that His light shines most powerfully.
This journey of freedom isn’t rushed. It requires trust, surrender, and patience as God works deeply within us. But as we let Christ live fully in us, true freedom begins—not by striving, but by surrendering.
May we let go. Trust God. And step boldly into the abundant life and lasting freedom that Jesus has already secured for us. (Luke 17:33 & John 12:24)

W@W WRAP - Week 434: REPENTANCE: A LIFELONG JOURNEY OF SPIRITUAL GROWTH
Saturday Apr 26, 2025
Saturday Apr 26, 2025
Repentance is not a one-time event but a lifelong journey of transformation. It goes beyond merely confessing sin—it is a continual surrender to God’s Spirit, allowing Him to renew our hearts, minds and actions daily.
When we grow complacent, we miss the deeper work God longs to do within us. As A.W. Tozer wisely said, “Complacency is a deadly foe of all spiritual growth.” True repentance means refusing to settle for spiritual mediocrity. It calls us to keep pursuing God, with a tender, teachable heart.
John the Baptist’s cry still echoes today: “Repent of your sins and turn to God, for the Kingdom of Heaven is near” (Matthew 3:2). The Greek word for repentance, metanoia, speaks of a profound change—turning away from old ways and turning toward God’s truth and life. This journey is deeply personal, requiring patience, humility, surrender, and a willingness to be shaped by God's transforming power. (Mark 1:15 & 1 Peter 1:15–16)

W@W WRAP - Week 435: LIVING IN THE LIGHT
Saturday May 03, 2025
Saturday May 03, 2025
No darkness is too deep for God’s light to penetrate. He is our eternal source of hope, clarity, and truth—shining through confusion, fear, and brokenness. From the beginning of time, light has marked His presence. Jesus came as that light, not just to expose darkness, but to overcome it with love and truth. Now, He invites us to live in that light—and to carry it boldly into the world. (Psalm 139:7–8 & John 8:12)

W@W WRAP - Week 436: EMBRACING CHANGE!
Saturday May 10, 2025
Saturday May 10, 2025
After Jesus’ resurrection, everything changed. The disciples no longer walked with Him as before—He appeared in unexpected places, often unrecognised. He wasn’t leading them back to the
familiar, but forward into something new.
Change is uncomfortable. Whether through loss, transition, or the unknown, God invites us, gently, into a different kind of life. Not one that forgets the past, but one that makes space for what He’s doing now.
Transformation takes time. And grace. So, let's be kind to ourselves during seasons of change. God is not only in what was—He is faithfully present in what is becoming. (Revelation 5:9-10 & Romans 12:2)
“See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?” – Isaiah 43:19

W@W WRAP - Week 437: DISENGAGE TO RE-ENGAGE
Saturday May 17, 2025
Saturday May 17, 2025
In a world of constant demands and digital noise, the idea of stepping away can feel unnatural—even irresponsible. Yet the rhythm of disengaging is not only healthy, it’s holy.
Jesus Himself often withdrew from the crowds to be alone with the Father (Luke 5:16). He understood the power of sacred pauses—to be replenished, to hear clearly, and to
realign His heart with the Father’s will. If the Son of God needed this rhythm, how much more
do we?
Disengaging doesn’t mean abandoning our responsibilities or running from challenges. It means
creating intentional space to rest, reflect, and reconnect with God. It's choosing solitude over
striving—not to escape life, but to recover life as God intended.
It is in these quiet moments that distractions fade and our hearts soften. We are reminded that we
are not defined by our doing, but by our being—beloved children of God. We begin to see our lives,
decisions, and calling through the lens of eternity rather than urgency. So that when we return,
we re-engage not from a place of exhaustion, but from a place of peace, anchored in God’s
presence and filled with renewed purpose. (2 Chronicles 16:9 & Ephesians 5:15–17)

W@W WRAP - Week 439: MORE OF HIM, LESS OF ME
Saturday May 31, 2025
Saturday May 31, 2025
In a world that urges us to promote ourselves, seek recognition, and take control, the call of Christ is radically different.
John the Baptist’s humble declaration in John 3:30 (ESV) serves as a compass for our hearts:
“He must increase, but I must decrease.”
This is more than a quote—it’s a daily posture. To decrease so that God can increase in us is not about self-erasure, but self-surrender. It’s not about disappearing, but about becoming a clearer window through which the world sees Jesus. When we shift the focus from ourselves to our Lord, from our agenda to His will, our lives are set free—free to shine not for our glory, but for His.
