āļøāThe most important direction in life is not where we are going but Who we are walking with.ā
Ā
A new year does not ask us for better plans. It asks us a betterĀ question. NotĀ āWhat will we do differently?ā ButĀ āWho will lead us forward?ā Because every life moves in the direction of its deepest devotion.
Ā
This year will not be shaped by our intentions, our discipline, or your determination alone. It will be shaped byĀ what and Who we follow.
Ā
Jesus does not call us to design our futureāHe calls us toĀ abide.
Ā
To walk with Him. To listen for His voice. To allow the Holy Spirit to lead us, one surrendered step at a time.
Ā
Direction matters more than speed. Presence matters more than progress. And intimacy always precedes impact. (John 15:4ā5, Romans 8:14 & Matthew 6:33)

W@W WRAP - Week 471: š„ The Power of the Unseen: The Secret of a God-First Life
Saturday Feb 07, 2026
Saturday Feb 07, 2026
š” āGod does His greatest work through lives that choose faithfulness long before they see fruit.ā (John 15:5)
As a new year begins, many people are looking for something newāa fresh idea, a breakthrough moment, a brilliant strategy.
Ā
But Scripture gently reminds us of a different truth: God changes lives through faithfulness.
Ā
Itās the things no one sees: The quiet prayers, the opened Bible, the daily yes, that produce the fruit everyone longs for.
Ā
Jesus Himself did not live a hurried or spectacular life by the worldās standards.
He lived aĀ Word-saturated, Spirit-led, God-first life. And from that hidden place, power flowed.
Ā
A God-First Life beats, whatever brilliance is defined as, every time when Jesus is at the centre. (Luke 4:4, Joshua 1:8 & Galatians 6:9)

š” āVision from God does not rush us forwardāit roots us deeper.ā
A new year often brings excitement, momentum, and fresh resolve. But Scripture reminds us of a sobering truth: We donāt drift into purpose. We drift away from it.
All you have to do to driftā¦isĀ nothing.
Vision doesnāt disappear overnight. It fades quietlyāwhen demands multiply, when distractions grow louder, and when urgency replaces alignment.
Godās vision is not fragile, butĀ our attention to it can be. And yet, vision given by God is not meant to fade by February. It is meant toĀ anchor usāthrough turbulence, pressure, and uncertainty.
This year, God is not calling us to chase success, but toĀ return to His heart, His purposes, and His way. (Proverbs 29:18, Hebrews 2:1 & Matthew 6:33)

š” āExpectation anchored in God never disappoints because God never fails.ā
Expectation is powerful. What we expect shapes how we wait, pray, and live.
Biblical expectation is not optimism. It is not pressure to believe harder. And it is not disappointment disguised as hope. Biblical expectation isĀ confidence in the character of God.
It says: God is faithful. God is present. God is already at workāeven when we cannot see it yet.
God is not calling us to manufacture excitement. He is inviting us to cultivateĀ holy expectancyāa quiet, confident trust that He will do what only He can do. (Psalm 62:5, Romans 15:13, Hebrews 11:1)

W@W WRAP - Week 474: šæ RESTORED AND RISING: Walking Forward in the Light
Saturday Feb 28, 2026
Saturday Feb 28, 2026
š” āWhen our eyes remain on Jesus, we donāt just recover, we rise. Because restored people rise with purpose.ā
Some months refine us quietly. Some seasons stretch us gently. Some chapters shape us more than we realise. But here is the beautiful truth: God never wastes a season. And He never abandons an arrow He has designed to fly.
Ā
We were created with intention. Formed with precision. Held with care. We do not move as people merely surviving. We move as people restored and rising. When our eyes remain fixed on Jesus, healing becomes strength, waiting becomes preparation, and restoration becomes renewed strength to soar. Not rushed, not forced, but lifted by the faithfulness of God. (Isaiah 40:31, Isaiah 49:2, Hebrews 12:2)

š” The Light that finds you is the Light that frees you. So donāt step back from Jesusā light. Step into it. Because where the Light of Jesus shines, hearts are restored, lives are renewed, and hope rises again.
Ā
There is something unmistakable about light. When it enters a dark room, it does not negotiate with the darkness. It does not argue. It simply shines. And suddenly, what was hidden becomes visible.
Ā
Many of us love Jesus deeply⦠and yet there are moments when His light begins to shine into places we did not expect.
Ā
A habit we thought we had conquered. A distraction quietly stealing our attention. A wound we buried long ago. And in those moments, we sometimes wonder: Why is this coming up again?
Ā
But what if that stirring is not failure? What if it is evidence that Jesus is near?
Ā
Because when the Light of Christ enters our lives, it does two beautiful things at once: It reveals what does not belong, and it restores what God loves. The Light that exposes is the very Light that heals. And if His light is still revealing things in your life, take heart.
It means He is still working. The Light is still on. (John 8:12, Psalm 51:6, Philippians 1:6)

š” God may not always reveal the entire path, but He will always walk it with us. When His presence is the plan, we will always arrive exactly where we need to be.
Ā
There is something deeply human about wanting a plan. We long for clarity before commitment. Direction before movement. Certainty before obedience.
Ā
We ask God for the map⦠but very often, He gives us something better. He gives us Himself.
Ā
Throughout Scripture, when God calls people into something new, He rarely hands them a detailed roadmap. Instead, He offers a promise that echoes from Genesis to Revelation:
āI will be with you.ā And suddenly the question changes. It is no longer, āDo I know the whole journey?ā It becomes, āDo I trust the One walking with me?ā
Ā
Because the greatest confidence in life does not come from knowing the plan. It comes from knowing the One who walks with us. (Exodus 3:12, Joshua 1:9, Matthew 28:20)

Drift rarely feels dramatic. It is quiet. Subtle. Almost unnoticeable. No one wakes up one day and decides to move away from God. It happens slowly. In distraction, in busyness, in self-reliance, in the small neglect of holy things. And over time, the voice of the Shepherd seems fainter, not because He has stopped speaking, but because our hearts have stopped leaning in.
Ā
Yet Jesus, in His tenderness, gives us this beautiful assurance: āMy sheep listen to My voice; I know them, and they follow Me.ā What a gift.
Ā
Not merely that He speaks, but that He can be known. And perhaps that is the invitation this week: Not to strive for more answers. Not to force clarity. Not to run ahead looking for a map. But to draw near to Jesus. Because when His voice becomes familiar, confusion loses some of its power. Fear loosens its grip. And the way forward becomes clearer⦠one faithful step at a time.
Ā
Knowing His voice is not only about direction. It is about relationship. And in that relationship, there is peace. (John 10:27, Hebrews 2:1, Psalm 46:10)

Light is not something we create. It is Someone we behold. From the very beginning, God spoke light into the darkness. And in Jesus, that Light came into the world. Not as a concept, not as a symbol, but as holy, living, radiant truth. Jesus did not merely bring light.
He is the Light. And this changes everything.
Ā
Because light is not first about visibility, it is aboutĀ presence: The presence of Christ entering what was dim, disordered, and hidden; The presence of Christ revealing what is true; The presence of Christ gently uncovering what does not belong, not to shame us, but to heal, restore, and make us whole. And this is where it becomes deeply personal. It is possible to admire the Light without fully yielding to it. To love Jesus and yet leave certain rooms of the heart unopened.
Ā
But the invitation of Christ is always deeper. Not simply to stand near His light, but to be transformed by it. Because when the Light of Christ is truly welcomed, it does not leave us unchanged. It forms us. It purifies us. It fills us with His life. And over time, what He is doing within begins to shine through. Not as performance. Not as striving. But as the quiet radiance of a life abiding in Jesus. (John 8:12, 2 Corinthians 4:6, Ephesians 5:8)

There has never been a moment in history more holy⦠more weighty⦠more world-changing⦠than the moment Jesus went to the Cross. Not as a victim. But as a willing Saviour. Not as a tragic ending. But as a divine rescue.
Ā
Because this is not just a story we remember. This is the moment everything changed. Sin met grace. Justice met mercy. Death met Life Himself.
Ā
And what looked like defeat⦠was the greatest victory heaven and earth would ever know.
Ā
This is the Gospel. Not advice. Not inspiration. ButĀ salvation.
Ā
And today, we are invited not just to understand it. but toĀ behold our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, our King. (Isaiah 53:5, Luke 23:46, Matthew 28:5ā6, Revelation 1:18)
